Proactive from the beginning for my son 100% better service than NHS. The staff have been wonderful so far.

24/7 availability from the palliative care team (for my son) would be better although I know that is impossible. I something need out of hours advice from that team but I realise that is in not possible.

I have been treated with care lots of information. It has been a great help to me socially and mentally.

Cannot fina a fault with the hospice.
